1. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included in the price unless otherwise stated. Here is a list of the current charges:

Europe (5-10 working days)	£8.50
UPS Standard to Europe (3-4 working days)	£12.50

UPS Express Saver to Rest of the World (4-6 working days)	£17.50

Free Delivery will apply to the following orders:

• All orders over £100 to the UK
• All orders over £250 to Europe
• All orders over £500 to Rest of the World

2. Delivery Particulars

We will dispatch your order the same day if you order before 1.00pm Monday to Saturday. Orders received after 1.00pm or on Sundays will be dispatched the next working day.

    2.1 When Choosing Next Working Day Delivery:
    Orders placed before 1.00pm Friday & Saturday will be delivered before 1.00pm Monday (excluding bank holidays).
    Orders placed Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

   2.2 When Choosing Saturday Delivery:
   Orders placed before 1.00pm Friday will be delivered before 1.00pm Saturday.
   If you fail to order before 1.00pm Friday your goods will be dispatched the next working day.

3. Working Days
Working days are Monday (excluding bank holidays), Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

4. Delivery Areas and Delivery Date
Our main service is presented for deliveries by Royal Mail. We will always intend to get your purchase(s) to you within the designated time. There may be certain remote locations that we cannot offer delivery to. 5. Delivery Address
To achieve our greatest efficiency we require full and concise addressing details. It is most important for every order to contain the formal name of the recipient with title, plus the fullest address details, including the postcode. We will also require a telephone number for the recipient.

Provided full address details are supplied, as requested, all deliveries should be made very precisely. We cannot be responsible for problems, which occur as a result of incorrect or invalid information given.
