Delivery:Q: Can I place an order for delivery on a Saturday?
A: To place an order for delivery on a Saturday you will need to select the "Saturday" delivery option when carrying out your purchase. All orders for Saturday delivery will have to be placed before 1.00pm on the day before. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the next working day.
Q: Can I have my order delivered to a different address than my billing address?
A: Yes, this can be a work address or another residential address. If you are providing details of a work address please ensure you always put the name of the business in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure it is successfully delivered to the correct address.
Q: What if my order does not arrive?

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your order though the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro and Electron.
Exchange:
Q: Can I exchange my purchase?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot exchange your purchase. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return your original purchase following our Returns Procedure and place another order for the preferred item through our website.
